The Healdsburg School is an independent school located in Healdsburg, CA. The school is committed to inspiring compassionate leaders through rigorous academics, global perspectives, relevant service, and awareness of self, others, and community. THS educators work collaboratively with students and colleagues to design units of inquiry that capture the natural curiosity with which children are born and ignite a passion for life-long learning.
Their K-5 program is authorized as a World School through the International Baccalaureate Programme, demonstrating their commitment to a student-centered, transdisciplinary approach. In their 6-8 program, students build on the attributes and essential skills learned in the IB programme as they engage in our project-based, interdisciplinary curriculum. Throughout the grades, the academic program is integrated with the arts to ensure students harness their innate creativity to make their thinking visible and to express their voice in a variety of ways.
